------------ >  Wallace is in a foster home in VT

Wallace is a super friendly, happy, and affectionate 3 year old dog.  He is an Aussie/Shepherd/Husky mix who weighs 67 lbs and has one stunning blue eye. His coat is soft, he does great off leash and just wants to be near his person.  He is already crate trained and housebroken.  All the hard work has been done.

This pup was abandoned at a local vet clinic in AL and the vet took him in and has been caring for him as one of her own. Wallace has been neutered, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative.

Each month, Wallace is given Trifexis heartworm preventative along with flea/tick prevention.  He has been living inside the veterinarian's home and gets along well with other dogs and people of all ages.

As expected with the Husky breed, Wallace has a strong prey drive.  Based on this, we won't place him in a home with cats. He is very interested in our free range chickens as well as squirrels and chipmunks. He does not bark or lunge at them, he is super focused and watches them.

Overall he is a relaxed dog with mellow energy.  Loves to hang out and be with his people, but also content waiting for people to come home after work. He sleeps all night in his crate without making a peep.
