Jasper was rescued near Florence, SC where he had been living outside as a stray with several siblings and his mom. It's getting colder so volunteers offered them food and tried to bring them inside. It took a while, but they were able to successfully save Jasper and his brother, Dudley.

The brothers spent 30 days in a SC foster home waiting out their quarantine before transport to VT.

Jasper is 3-4 months old and he weighs 45 lbs. He is up to date on his vaccines and has been regularly dewormed. He is house broken and crate trained.

We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are included in Jasper's mix. We see Newfoundland, Sheepdog, Aussie, St. Bernard, and maybe Golden Retriever - but these are only guesses.  Based on his current size, our vet in SC feels he will reach 75-90 lbs an adult.
