Cora is a friendly, affectionate and active pup. At 3-4 months old, Cora is the smallest of her litter weighing in at 17.5 lbs. She has petite features and a tail that curls.

She is working on her house breaking skills and learning how to settle down in her crate. She gets along with other dogs and at a great age to be introduced to dog savvy cats.

She will thrive in a home where she can be part of a family who is able to spend time interacting and playing with her. Ideally, active people who like to hike, go for long walks with her, and participate in positive reinforcement dog training classes.

Her foster mom shared the following.

“Cora is curious, affectionate, energetic and smart. She is learning that jumping up doesn’t earn her anything, but sitting does. She is doing great on walks. Likes to run, and play with her toys. Cute as a button. Once settled in the crate, she is quiet. HIGHLY food motivated. She has learned to Sit on her own when we come in from a walk so I can remove her leash. ”

We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are in her genetic background. Our best guess is that she is a Shepherd/Hound mixed with a small breed dog. We expect her to reach 35-40 pounds as an adult -although we can not guarantee size at maturity.
