Calvin

Calvin

Calvin was found as a stray living on the streets in Horry County, SC with his mom, Josie, and siblings. Animal Control brought the family to the shelter where they remained until time was up.

The shelter is always crowded -  dogs are only given a short period of time to get out. When we were told this family had run out of time - we offered rescue.

Calvin is estimated to be 2-3 months old. He is up to date on his vaccines and has been regularly dewormed.

We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are mixed in these adorable pups. By looking at mom and the three puppies, our thoughts include Shepherd,  Lab and Golden Retriever.

Calvin's foster mom shared:
"Calvin is very smart. They all learned how to Sit today. Calvin was the first to learn. He has also learned how to Lay."

Calvin is working on his house breaking skills and is at a great age to master them.  He should catch on easily once he gets settled into his new home. He enjoys playing with other dogs and being with people.  He has not been exposed to cats, but is at a great age for a positive introduction.

Calvin:

- Enjoys playing with other dogs
- Up-to-date on vaccines
- Likes to spend time with people
- Happy, friendly, affectionate
- Likes to cuddle
- Has NOT been neutered *

* Based on current veterinary recommendations,  these pups have not been neutered due to their young age. We do require proof of this procedure at a later date as part of the terms of our Adoption Agreement. Please discuss the correct time for this to be done with your veterinarian.  We can provide a $75 rebate once the procedure is completed.

Our adoption fee is $350 which includes age appropriate vaccines (such as Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies), worming, micro- chipping, and health exam. Discount vouchers for training, grooming and similar dog related products and services are provided.
