Groot is an adorable mix of Shepherd & Lab with a stunning brindle coat and medium length, soft fur. He's smart, eager to learn new things, and laid back - mellow. A wonderful combination.
He was found as a stray in SC when he was just a few weeks old and has been lovingly cared for in a foster home since then. Groot is now in VT, enjoying the good life and exploring all the wonderful sights and smells of summer.
He is well socialized, enjoys hanging out with his foster family & their friends, went to a family summer camp party last weekend (pics below) and was adored by all.
He gets along well with other dogs and is at a great age to introduce him to cats. He is housebroken, crate trained and working hard to learn his leash skills. He's a LOVE!
Groot weighs about 14 lbs and is expected to be about 50 lbs as an adult.

We can provide a $75 refund once the procedure is completed.
Our adoption fee is $350 which includes age appropriate vaccines (such as Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies), worming, microchipping, and health exam. Discount vouchers for training, grooming and similar dog related products and services are provided.
NEW: First vet visit is now FREE with participating VT veterinarians.
